After taking the time to travel the world we’ve now settled in this beautiful region where we are delighted to welcoming you.
Back in the Gard region
We returned in the Gard region in South of France, were Benoit grew up in his childhood. Accompanied with Annelie from Germany and our ray of sunshine: Nils. We love life, visitors and their stories, delicacies from every corner of the world and unusual trips.
From Luxury hotels to L’Autre Maison
We met in Paris in 2000 after studying at hotel management schools in Marseille and Hamburg. Our first experience in the luxury hotel industry as well as our love story began in the City of Light, followed by a snowy adventure in the Rockies in the United States, a Catalan fiesta in Barcelona, a few mythical years in the emerald island and the birth of our son in Dublin. A final “very British” chapter in London and the decision to leave the big luxury chains to start a new life.
In 2014 we fell in love with this beautiful building which has become “L’Autre Maison” for us, ultimately the place we have always dreamed of to create our guest house.
